Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly indicated before order confirmation. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through credit or debit cards and other payment methods made available on the Website. Sakura Jewels does not store or have access to customers’ full payment details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe (excluding Greece and Cyprus): 5–10 business days
  • Greece and Cyprus: 15–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

Sakura Jewels offers free shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

9. Returns, Defects, and Warranty

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided under Spanish consumer protection law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
