Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping from our fulfillment and distribution centers.

Order Processing

All orders are custom engraved and prepared individually following successful payment confirmation.
Standard orders are typically processed within 72 hours (Monday to Friday).

Customers selecting Priority Processing will receive prioritized order handling and production.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, local courier performance, seasonal demand, or unforeseen logistical events.

Standard International Shipping

  • Europe (excluding Greece and Cyprus): 10–15 business days
  • Greece and Cyprus: 15–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Priority Processing

  • Europe (excluding Greece and Cyprus): 7–10 business days
  • Greece and Cyprus: 10–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–10 business days

All delivery timeframes include custom engraving and production time.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping worldwide.

Where available, express or priority shipping options may be offered at an additional cost. Any such options and fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


Shipping Methods

We work with trusted international carriers and logistics partners (for example: Cainiao, Correos, Poste Italiane, La Poste, Deutsche Post, etc.) to ensure secure and timely delivery.

The shipping method used depends on the destination country, order volume, and operational routing. Tracking details are always provided once the order has been dispatched.


Product Handling & Fulfilment Transparency

Sakura Jewels jewelry is crafted using Japanese stainless steel, following precise design and finishing standards. Depending on stock availability and delivery destination, orders may be shipped from the most suitable fulfilment location, including Spain, China, or Japan.

To provide efficient worldwide shipping, Sakura Jewels utilizes international consolidated logistics networks, commonly used by global e-commerce retailers.

As a result, shipping labels or tracking details may display the name, code, or reference of a logistics partner responsible for transport or final delivery.

This does not indicate:

  • The origin of the jewelry materials
  • The place of design
  • The quality, authenticity, or specifications of the product

Logistics providers have no influence on the materials, craftsmanship, or finishing standards of Sakura Jewels products.


Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.


Responsibility After Delivery

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Sakura Jewels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Customers are advised to ensure a secure delivery location or select delivery options that include tracking and, where available, signature confirmation.


Returns and Undeliverable Parcels

If you experience any issue with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact our customer service team.

If a customer is unavailable or unable to accept delivery and the parcel is returned to Sakura Jewels, the return will be treated as initiated by the customer.

A refund of the product price will be issued once the returned goods have been received, verified, and inspected, in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Lost or Delayed Parcels (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, orders must be delivered within the timeframe communicated at checkout.

If a delivery is delayed, the customer may request assistance, and the seller may allow a reasonable additional period for the carrier to complete delivery.

A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 60 days from the date of dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within this period, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement, according to your preference.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Orders returned, lost, or destroyed due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refund.
